FINALLY, getting close. Car is nosing over really bad in 4th and between 9-11k. I'm just running out of air. car should have trapped mid 170's. Head doesn't flow enough, valves ain't big enough, cams ain't liftin high enough or long enough. based on the datalogs, if everything is remedied, we're of the opinion we can get this car in the 8.50's@180 I don't want to go much faster, don't want to rebuild a car with the 25.x cert rules for 7.49-8.49
I built a big spoiler for the back since you guys last saw it. I didn't want to get crazy loose on the big end. i think it helped a lot. tracked relatively straight.
I'll start over and build a tube car. Which would be AWESOME fun.
I made it to the semi's in "FIP" (forced induction pro). I got put on the trailer by a rear wheel drive Toyota Supra that laid down an 8.3 That dude was FLYING! He and another dude in a Mistubishi Eclipse went 8.34 to 8.35 in the finals. WOW!
